Intellectual Property
As is typical for a technology company, Metalysis spends a considerable proportion of its annual budget on IP, be it through filing new patents, identifying know-how and trade secrets or defending its IPR position.
The Company currently has 26 patent families, the main patent being filed in over 80 countries. These patents cover all aspects of the process from feedstock, preparation of the oxide, reduction parameters, cell design, post processing and bespoke ancillary services.
