Management changes at Metalysis as business gears up for commercial production
Metalysis, a leading technology business for the global speciality metals industry, has announced a change in its management team as the company moves towards full-scale production. Dr. Graham Cooley has stepped down as Chief Executive, to be replaced on an interim basis by Chief Operating Officer, Harry Pepper.
Lord Roger Freeman, Chairman of Metalysis said, ‘On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Graham for the major contribution that he has made in taking Metalysis from its infancy to its current position. He has been a strong leader and provided great energy and enthusiasm which I am sure he will bring to future ventures - with which we wish him well.’
‘The next stage of Metalysis’ development is to drive commercial production which our strong existing management team, led by Harry Pepper, will be focused upon. We will be looking to add further expertise to our management group in due course.’
Non-Executive Director, Laurence Garrett of 3i added, ‘We are extremely grateful to Graham for his excellent leadership of the Company which has put it on a very firm footing for a successful future.’
