New appointments complete the Metalysis Executive Team
Metalysis is pleased to announce the appointment of two new executives to complete the executive team.
Alan Bissell, formerly MD Commercial of ATI Allvac Ltd, has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer and Dr David Hodgson, formerly of Ineos Chlor, has been appointed Chief Technology Officer. They join CEO, Dr Graham Cooley and CFO, Harry Pepper.
Alan Bissell has spent over 25 years in the fields of speciality metals and engineering and will be using his strategic and business development experience to expand the international commercial base of Metalysis.
Dr David Hodgson is an experienced electrochemist who joins Metalysis from Ineos Chlor where he managed the fuel cell business unit from a bench curiosity to a revenue generating operation.
Dr Graham Cooley said, “I am very pleased to announce the appointment of two world class individuals to complete the Metalysis executive team. Alan Bissell brings a wealth of metals industry experience and Dr David Hodgson complements this with his experience of product development in the electrochemical industry. These appointments follow the completion of our £5m funding earlier in the year and are another important step towards commercialisation of the FFC Cambridge process.”
